Good AI Provider shall provide their AI to control swarm AI based on governance by entitled authorities (eg. EU). Background: Expecting more efficient AI processing will likely lead to many small AI providers, running AI on many small servers. This will reduce the chance to monitor them or aks for (self) certification. A joint approach of big AI providers to build a master monitoring system could help - based on this codex and perhaps supporting regulations like EU AI act.

This shall include finding and adressing sources for critical information that may lead to misuse or bad training of other AI. Critical and bad to be defined by entitled authorities (eg. like EU).
